Woke up around 8:30
on this beautiful day and head over to the gym to get a nice lift in
with the Mac.Needless to say that kid is no stranger to the gym. After a solid back work out which I'll for sure be sore from tomorrow, we headed down to the Athlete Lounge to hang out with some of the other boys on the team.
