Father and son outting to see McDavid light it up....

Hello fredonia followers,
This weekend Damien, Harper and I ventured to Eerie, PA to watch the OHL Erie Otters play the Sarnia Sting.  We got to witness the artistic prowess of the NHL's top draft prospect, Connor McDavid first hand as he didn't disappoint, putting up 4 points in a 7-3 win.

It was a great little bonding trip with my "sons" as they call themselves as freshman in the dorms with me.  It was a weekend filled with workouts, the trip to Erie, a little skate on Sunday, and lots of Xbox and homework with my sons.  Most of these guys have already picked up on how things work and how we (as athletes) operate on campus and in class with our daily activities,  they are never shy to ask questions and most of us spend the bigger portions of the days together everyday.

Our team has already been formed which is nice because the bond has already grown as it's plain to see everyday from freshman all the way up to the seniors. This year we are a brotherhood, and we will be one heck of a good one come Halloween when the lights are bright and the puck drops in Steele Hall, our already tight-knit group will show just how good we are this year!

We are excited and we hope you are too!
