Hello Fredonia, sophomore, defenseman Jon Carlson here back with my first blog of the year. After a long summer of training and working it's great to be back with my teammates. With school a few weeks in now it's nice to have established a routine day in and day out. The men's hockey team has been skating 3 times a week for the last 2 weeks while also partaking in our Advanced Conditioning class the other 2 days of the week. With the season approaching right around the corner, it is obvious that all the guys can't wait for that first game here versus Utica. Thanks for reading and I hope everyone had a great summer and is ready for Blue Devil hockey!
