The longest 13 minutes of this year are over. We are almost finished with our Advanced Conditioning classes and we are all excited because that means our season is just around the corner. We have Fall break coming up this weekend and then we are right to business the following weekend. Everyone is ramping it up in captains skates looking for that one more gear to lead us into our first official weekend. Once we hit October 15 it will be pedal to the floor with no stopping until we hang that Championship banner in Steele hall in 2012.
We are also at that point in the semester where everyone is starting to get into midterm exams, so the library is usually pretty crowded with our boys every night. The break this up-coming weekend will be good to have some time away from the classrooms, but I am sure everybody is as anxious as I am for us to get our season under way.
