Yesterday it was sunny and 63 degrees here in Fredonia.....

Hi everybody, hope you all enjoyed the weekend as much as I did. Yesterday it was sunny and 63 degrees here in Fredonia. After taking most of last week off from physical activities I found myself back in the gym this morning. The preparation for next season starts now and our physical status can be a great advantage going into the season if we use our time wisely.

I'm also done with my first midterms for the semester. We are now entering the second third of the semester and as hockey has come to an end we got some more time on our hands to focus on schoolwork.
