Hey everyone it’s Mackenzie McAvoy tuning into Tuesdays edition of the blog. However the holiday break is almost over unfortunately for myself, my break just started. What I mean by that is, our recent road trip out to Massachusetts, I broke my hand, which could for me be a season ending injury. I go today for a consultation on my hand with a hand specialist to see what I have to get done to my hand. With this going on with me I know the boys are back in Fredonia practicing hard and getting ready for Buffalo state this up coming Friday. I know they are going to be well prepared as we start for our playoff push and second half of SUNYAC hockey. I cannot wait to get back with the boys and be around them because it is very boring around my house and not being able to do much isn’t any fun either.
Lastly I want to send my sincerest condolences to Geneseo Athletics, the school, community, and all family, friends, and teammates, that last weekends tragedy has effect. May everyone who passed rest in peace.
