Today is a rainy day here in Fredonia,
and day two of advanced conditioning. Last class we did the beep test
and the boys were flying. Taking challenges head on and conquering them.
Week two of classes is almost over and it feels great to be back. It
took a little while to get back into the swing of things but now the
routine is set in place. October can't come fast enough when we finally
get to touch the ice and play our home opener against Utica in Steele
hall!!
