OC on St. Patty and the off season

Spring is officially under way here in Fredonia, with temperature here in the mid to high 70’s and even low 80’s it feels as if summer is already upon us in March! This past weekend bought about the St. Patty’s day parade, being an Irishmen this is one of my favorite holidays so I wanted to take every advantage of it and have a great day.  For the parade my brother Pat, Fredonia State net minder Tyler Palmerton and I headed down to NYC, the weather couldn’t have been nicer and we had a great time to say the least.  Were already planning on going down again next March.
The season ended a little more than 3 weeks ago and were already starting our off-season team activates playing a variety of sports ranging from dodge ball to floor hockey.  For our off season activity we have four teams, and based on performance the team either receive the maximum of four points for being the overall winner of that day, to one point for coming in last that day.  Currently after 2 days of competition Team’s Melkert and OC are tied for the top spot with 7 points apiece while teams Jung and Edens are bringing up the rear with 3 points each.  That being said it’s off to the court today for basketball and hopefully 4 more points for the good guys.
Until next time,
